"Buddy" Franke is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in commercial real estate and residential real estate, and he is a member of the Cameron County and Hidalgo County bar associations, the State Bar of Texas, and the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. His practice spans a broad range of real estate, banking and corporate matters.

Attorney Stephanie Franke focuses her practice on criminal law and civil litigation matters. For more than 10 years, she has been involved in litigation at every level of the county and district courts in Cameron County. As a former prosecutor in both Hidalgo and Cameron counties, she is well-versed in the law and procedures required to best represent her clients and to achieve the results they deserve. She is able to assist individuals arrested for both felony and misdemeanor offenses as well as class C charges and all traffic ticket-related offenses. Her services include all DWI-related matters, including pre-indictment legal assistance in addition to ALR hearings for the suspension of driver's licenses, occupational licenses for those clients whose license is suspended and expungement of criminal charges.
